Your Photographs
Please help this web site become an even better promotional
tool for the Bucyrus area by providing your own personal
photographs of our history or events and activities of
our area. There are currently two categories where you
can add your photographs, and we'd like to add more.
Photo Galleries
Our goal is to build up a comprehensive collection of
great photography from the Bucyrus area. It doesn't have
to be a picture-postcard image that you'd see elsewhere
(although they're just as welcome) - anything with a unique
and interesting take on Bucyrus is is surely welcome.
You don't have to supply a large collection of photographs
- just one will do.
What Formats Can I Contribute In?
Text
Writings can be sent via several medium. Here
is a list of what we accept via email: HTML, Microsoft
Word, Corel WordPerfect, WordPad, ASCII Text, Rich
Text Format
Photography
The preferred format is JPEG. But we also accept
TIF, GIF and BMP files.
We prefer photographs that are approximately
4X6 or above. Remember that all photographs will
be cropped or otherwise adjusted to fit our standards.
We'll create the thumbnails. We also would appreciate
a short accompanying sentence to describe the picture. |
What Do You Get for your Donation?
Well, at this point, nothing except knowing that your
work is receiving the admiration of thousands of visitors
who will enjoy your photographs.
Bucyrus Online will not sell or make profit from your
photographs. Copyright always remains with the authors
and we will not use these photographs elsewhere. No e-mail
addresses will be given out unless requested.
